SEOLensAI does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Browsing history or web activity
• Authentication or financial information
• Location data or IP addresses
• Cookies or tracking identifiers

How the Extension Works

When you click "Scan This Page," SEOLensAI reads the current webpage's HTML content (headings, meta tags, structured data, text) to analyze SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization. This analysis happens entirely within your browser — no data is sent to any external server.

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome's built-in local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save:

• Your theme preference (dark/light mode)
• Scan history (last 10 scans — URL and scores only)
• Daily scan counter (resets at midnight)
• License key (if Pro user)

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted externally. You can clear it anytime by removing the extension.

Third-Party Services

SEOLensAI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external link is to our payment provider (Gumroad) for Pro license purchases, which you visit voluntarily.

Permissions

The extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab — to access the current page content when you click "Scan"
• scripting — to inject the analysis script into the current page
• storage — to save preferences and scan history locally

Children's Privacy

SEOLensAI is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
